ASA Ramp Lockout Arbitration Award
The May 13, 2005 Alaska lockout of 478 RSSA members arbitration case has been decided. THE UNION HAS PREVAILED. The parties agreed at the onset of the case that once the decision was rendered, the Company and Union would then develop the remedy. The arbitrator is still, however, monitoring the proceedings. The first meeting dates will be the week of August 18 followed by a week in September. Please keep reviewing our website for updates on the progress of these meetings.
